Payment Terms

· Online & In-Store Sales: Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been successfully received and verified.

· Subscriptions: For recurring product subscriptions, your selected payment method will be automatically charged on the billing cycle you choose (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly). You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Pricing & Billing Disclaimer

Sales tax and applicable fees (including shipping for online orders) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and order details.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

· All Sales Are Final. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for used or opened items.

· If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or store credit.

· Subscription products are non-refundable once shipped but may be paused or canceled ahead of your next renewal date.

Order Cancellations & Subscription Management

· One-time purchases may be canceled within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us. After that time, orders are final.

· Subscription plans may be canceled, paused, or modified through your account portal or by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Fraud Protection & Order Verification
